Voice Carrier announced today, September 10, 2013 that its IntelliSIPTM SIP Trunking service is compliant with IP Office solutions from Avaya. As a result of this compliance, users of both Voice Carrier and Avaya can now feel confident of the interoperability of Voice Carrier’s IntelliSIP™ trunking with Avaya IP Office.
All authorized Avaya Dealers can now offer their customers Voice Carrier’s truly cost-effective, simple-to–deploy, and easily managed IntelliSIP trunking service as an integral part of their Avaya
IP Office enterprise telephony systems.
One of the companies benefiting from the interoperability of Voice Carrier and Avaya solutions is Ameritel, a telecommunications solution provider servicing customers throughout the US, from the Caribbean to the Canadian border, and an Avaya Gold Partner.
“We integrated Voice Carrier’s IntelliSIP trunking product with several of our existing customers’ Avaya IP Office systems. We were able to easily deploy the IntelliSIP product and ‘provision’ the trunk properly the first time, including some additional functionality and services. With 27 years’ experience in telecommunications, we know that deploying SIP technology can be quite complex, but our experience working with the Voice Carrier technical team and the IntelliSIP product has been exceptionally gratifying,” said Mickey Kieffer, CEO of Ameritel.
